Reporting

We will send you valuations of your portfolio at least every six months. We will be happy to meet you at agreed intervals to talk about how things are going, our investment policy, and of course, any changes in your requirements. You will always be able to telephone your investment manager whenever there is anything you need to know or you wish to discuss.

Security of your investments

Accrue regard it as crucial that its clients' investments and cash are held with the highest possible security. We therefore use separate nominee companies to hold all clients' assets within Crest. To provide you with total reassurance over the security of your investments, we have arranged for protection amounting to £1,000,000 covering your account in excess of the £48,000 provided for by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).

Administration

Just as we want you to be assured of the careful management and safe custody of your investments, we also want you to be free from worries over their administration. Modern technology has done away with much of the paper trail that used to accompany Stock Exchange investment.

Accrue has chosen not to outsource 'back-office' functions, but to undertake these functions in-house. We therefore deal with all our settlements, as well as the preparation of contract notes, portfolio reports and valuations.
